Recently renovated the 1st floor and restored original "bath house" from 1929. The 1st floor has 2 BR, 2 baths, 3 showers, and laundry facilities. One bedroom contains a queen bed, two twin beds and a futon. The other 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. 2nd floor has kitchen with new granite countertops, living room with fireplace, dining room, breakfast nook, 2 BR, and 1 1/2 baths. Each 2nd floor bedroom has a queen bed and one also has two twin beds. The 3rd floor is the master bedroom loft suite with king bed and large bathroom featuring a 6'x6' walk in shower. A spiral staircase provides access to a rooftop deck for a panoramic view of the island and the most amazing sunsets.
This custom built private residence features a 12 person dipping pool/hot tub that is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on the water. We provide all the toys for an unforgettable beach vacation including 4 Ocean Kayak Scramblers, beach chairs, bocce' balls, beach cart and coolers.
Casa Oceano Rio is off the main thoroughfares but within walking distance of Tybee's main shopping, restaurant and nightlife district.
Great place to vacation with multiple families and friends. Especially kid friendly as the kids like the privacy of staying downstairs with their own bedrooms and bath, with a TV for movies and a Wii gaming system and games, while the adults like the quiet of being upstairs.
This is a family type home in a quiet neighborhood and the rental party must be 25 years old.
