Policies
Maximum Occupancy Allowed
The number of guests visiting or occupying Casa Oceano Rio is limited to 18, including children. If there are more than 18 at the house at any time the rental party will forfeit the security/damage deposit and we may terminate the lease with no refund of the unused portion of the rent.

Check-In/Out Times
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM unless otherwise specified.  These times are mandatory as we must have time to clean and replenish linens and other supplies prior to the arrival of our other guests. Your cooperation in arriving and leaving on time is greatly appreciated.

Housekeeping
Casa Oceano Rio will be equipped with bed linens, bath towels, and bath and kitchen amenities.  Our housekeeper will have cleaned before check-in and after you check out.

Furnishings
Casa Oceano Rio is privately owned and furnished. The descriptions were accurate at the time of printing or posting of any advertising, but subsequent renovations and remodeling or decorating changes by the Owner may result in changes.

Maintenance
Casa Oceano Rio makes every effort to keep the equipment and appliances in working order.  Repairmen may enter the property during business hours for the repair, care or maintenance of the property.  We will do our best to have any malfunction repaired quickly.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed at Casa Oceano Rio.  If pets are found at Casa Oceano Rio the guest will forfeit the damage deposit and the lease will be terminated with no refund of the unused portion of the rent.

No Smoking Allowed
Casa Oceano Rio is NON SMOKING, however smoking on outdoor porches away from open doors and windows is permitted. If it is found that there has been smoking inside Casa Oceano Rio, the guest will forfeit the damage deposit and the lease will be terminated with no refund of the unused portion of the rent.

              There are ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED!

TERMINATION OF RENTAL:

Casa Oceano Rio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue occupancy if, in its opinion, the guest is detrimental to the property.
